Shipping Costs

To calculate shipping costs add a product to the cart then select view or edit your cart. Click the add info button beside shipping and you will be prompted for your state and postcode to calculate the shipping cost to you. Some items are free delivery Australia wide, other items are a flat rate Australia wide and some items are charged by weight or your location. 

Ordering

Ordering can be done either through the website or over the phone on 07 3205 1965.

When ordering through the website all payments are conducted and protected by either PayPal or our third party card processor Stripe which accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Aquifer Pumps never gets to see your card details. 

When will my parcel arrive?

Our shipping service delivers your item within 2-6 working days within Australia. We normally use TNT Road Express, Australia Post or Couriers  Please but reserve the right to deliver on other carriers if we think it will give a quicker or more reliable delivery.

If you prefer you can pick up your item from our store in Brendale. Just let us know so that we can make sure the item is put aside for you.

Returns

 Unless there is an error by Aquifer Pumps the buyer is responsible for all return freight costs. If something's wrong we will do our best to make it right!
